Michigan roads are among the worst in the nation despite billions in funding. This act mandates transparency in road contract awards, enforces minimum quality standards with contractor liability, and creates a public audit trail for every dollar spent on road construction and repair.

Preserve the integrity of elections within the State of Michigan by ensuring that only citizens of the United States who are lawfully eligible under state and federal law may register to vote or cast ballots in any local, state, or federal election conducted within the State of Michigan.

Restore public trust in government through lawful oversight, financial transparency, anti-corruption enforcement, and independent citizen review of elected officials and high-ranking public servants operating within the State of Michigan

The Legislature finds that the permanent loss of family land creates long-term economic instability, destroys generational wealth, and weakens local communities.
